Domus Academy
Our Counselling service is a short cycle of individual sessions (approximately 10/12), once a week or every two weeks. Each consultation lasts approximately 50 minutes and can be either in English or Italian according to your preference.
The service is provided by Mrs. Silvia Signorelli, Professional Counsellor, at her studio in Milan, 28 Via Panfilo Castaldi (Porta Venezia area). You can have up to 3 sessions for free. Domus Academy provides discounted student rates for any additional sessions after the 3rd one.

IED – Istituto Europeo di Design
IED Counselling Point promotes the students’ wellbeing in a welcoming atmosphere, empathetic and non-judgmental.
The service is managed by a IED consultant, a clinical psychologist on the Psychologists Register of Lombardy (cognitive-behavioural and rational-emotive therapy).

IULM
IULM University offers all enrolled students some free, private and confidential meetings to support, encourage and develop their own potential.
Students are invited to request a meeting to see one of our counselors.
These are certified psychologists and their role is to help students to evaluate and assess their own situation and to find resources inside and outside themselves. The meetings may cover different topics such as personal problem or a moment of crisis. Listening, empathy and support are the basic ingredients of each session.
We also provide connections with psychological centers in Milan, if needed. In this case, a counselor will be able to provide information or assistance.

Psychological well-being can be achieved by maintaining a positive outlook on life by developing effective coping strategies to reduce and manage stress, and through accepting and exploring oneself. For this reason, Istituto Marangoni offers a psychologist to its students with a dedicated counseling desk: mental health is crucial, even more so for students who are far from home.

Vita-Salute San Raffaele University
For students that request its services, theCounselling Service is dedicated to confronting, in a targeted manner, disruptions or personal problems that to differing extents limit the possibility of reaching the level of growth that is usually achieved during university programmes.
Problems may arise that make it difficult to comfortably and effectively complete a study programme, or there may be personal or relational issues that interfere with studies and university life.
